Through these practices we will be exploring fluidity, the power of slowing down, body awareness, control, balance, and how to optimize your practice to learn more efficiently and effectively.
This is a revolving series and can be taken as many times as you would like to. The fundamentals are the most important part of structuring your journey to success as a new, or seasoned dancer.
