Join Susan Winchester of Sound Life Therapies with a sound bath to celebrate Mabon. Let’s honour the shadow and light on Autumn Equinox bringing our attention inward for reflection, contemplation and connection to Source.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies. Space is very limited.
