Please join Susan Winchester for a Winter Solstice sound bath to celebrate Yule.
Yule gives us the opportunity to come out into the ever growing light, and to be generous and sociable. Let’s celebrate each other and being alive.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies. Space is very limited.
