Healing Anxious Attachment in Relationships: A Workshop with Sam of The Lotus Spokane
Sunday, May 5
11am-2pm
$59
As we grow and develop, our relationships and experiences as children affect our coping skills, patterns and how our nervous system reacts to specific triggers. This creates patterns that lead us to self-sabotage in our relationships—both romantic and platonic.
Join lotus Spokane co-owner Sam during this three-hour workshop where you will learn how childhood experiences affect the current narratives of relationships in your life today. Learn information about how our nervous system develops and how the dis regulation of our nervous system dictates certain experiences that continue to recreate themselves over and over until the cycle is broken and a new pattern of being is established.
During this workshop we will practice skills to regulate the nervous system, establish self awareness to reflect and observe where we are subconsciously self-sabotaging through our anxious attachment and begin to heal and create new pathways and patterns forward—transforming all areas of our lives
Join us as we come together in a warm, inclusive space where you can be supported and held by a community of seekers and self healers.
