Join Lotus Spokane co-owner Sam during this three-hour workshop where you will learn how childhood experiences affect our inner child within and affect the current narratives of the beliefs that we hold about ourselves and the world, our relationships, decisions we’ve made (past and present) and the trajectory of our life today.
We will discuss how our childhood experiences and relationships wound us subconsciously as we continue to attract the same types of relationships and predicaments over and over. We will learn tools to calm and begin to regulate and reprogram the nervous system, practice skills to become more self aware of our thoughts and patterns and begin to establish new beliefs about ourselves, our worth and our place in the world and beyond.
