In this workshop, you will come into a much stronger relationship with anxiety and where it comes from on the deepest levels, how to work with it in REAL TIME (meaning tools to calm and balance all levels and varieties of anxiety), and have a lot of fun playing with the possibilities of transforming the energy from anxiety into an even more powerful and radiant expression of the beautiful being that you are!
About Chris: Chris is a goofy, grounded loving human who has dedicated his life to authenticity and freedom through personal expression. He loves to support people to come into their most joyful, radiant version of themselves by using a wide variety of tools, techniques and practices that he has learned and studied throughout his whole life. From his own personal struggles with depression, anxiety, stress, and exhaustion, he has cultivated a balanced and flowing perspective that, along with different practices and exercises, has helped him and others to enjoy their lives with more and more vibrancy and less and less suffering.
