Qi Gong, an ancient moving meditation, helps us to connect more deeply to our innermost being, to access a greater source of life-force energy that allows us to move through this world with ease, strength, and confidence. In this workshop, you will strengthen the relationship with the essence of who you are, learn several techniques to help you recenter in a matter of seconds, and have a lot of fun exploring the different energy bodies that exist within and around us. If you have ever done qi gong before, this will be a new experience for you because of the added 'Chris' flavors of freedom in personal expression.
About Chris: Chris is a goofy, grounded loving human who has dedicated his life to authenticity and freedom through personal expression. He loves to support people to come into their most joyful, radiant version of themselves by using a wide variety of tools, techniques and practices that he has learned and studied throughout his whole life. From his own personal struggles with depression, anxiety, stress, and exhaustion, he has cultivated a balanced and flowing perspective that, along with different practices and exercises, has helped him and others to enjoy their lives with more and more vibrancy and less and less suffering.
