Shamanic journeying is a way of communicating with your inner or spirit self and retrieving information. Your inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of your environment, seen and unseen. You need only journey within to find answers to your questions. This practice is done laying down and that is all you need to do. When we listen to the steady beat of a drum at about..120 to 130 beats per minute our brain waves will shift into a theta state. We thus enter into a light, awareness trance much like lucid dreaming.

Our personal experience of this state will vary each time we journey. You might experience vivid sensations and or feelings while another person might have technicolor visions similar to watching TV. As individuals we discover which of our senses are heightened in this state - sight, hearing, sensation, even smell. All our sensory experiences that take place in a drum journey have meaning. Our experiences offer messages which we can then decipher in order to understand our own communicative abilities and personal symbology. Those who have been trained in Shamanic Journey as well those who have never meditated a day in their life are always encouraged to attend. Everyone has extrasensory perception or psychic ability to some extent.

Bring from home:+Camping Pad / or Camp Chair+Blankets+Pillow +Journal & Pen+Eye Cover

Please dress in comfortably and in layers according to your comfort level.

What do you need to do in this session?Lay down or sit. That is all. Get as comfortable as possible, the journey is internal. You will need to bring your own blankets, pillows, eye covers, and a mat pad (camping pads are the best) if you have one. Really what ever you would like to be comfortable laying on a cold hard wood floor for an hour and a half.
