The power of Sound. The live sound healing techniques we will be using activate and balance each chakra, massage your subtle bodies, and are designed to resonate with the higher frequencies of consciousness as you are guided to an inner journey to amplify the vision of life in a wider scape. It is a unique marriage of science and spirit, taking your brain to the alpha and theta state, and for some, the even deeper delta wave state.
As always we'll be adding to the healing with Dreamtime's Aromatic Essential Oils to transport you on a magical journey while surrounding you with Angelic presence. This is one super delicious Dreamtime Sound Healing. Join us for this magical experience!
What do you need to do in this session?
Lay down or sit. That is all. Get as comfortable as possible, the journey is internal. You will need to bring your own blankets, pillows, eye covers, and a mat pad (camping pads are the best) if you have one. Really what ever you would like to be comfortable laying on a cold hard wood floor for an hour and a half. We will also have some chairs if you choose to do the meditation upright or you are welcome to bring a camp chair or lounger chair.
