Gut Instinct: Movements & Modalities for The Vagus Nerve

Jeri and Tara are offering this a second time, continuing their theme of teaching movements and modalities to help your nervous system. This experience focuses on the giving you tools for regulating your nervous system through your vagus nerve. Digestion and the brain are directly connected through activation of this nerve. The tools taught will meld science and spirituality through asana, breath work, discussion/introspection and primitive reflex exercises while continuing to build on community as well as our personal intentions (specifically those related to food and digestion). Bring a yoga mat and a journal if you’d like (we will have writing materials also), and as always an open mind and heart.
