Yule is a time for renewal and rebirth as it is the shortest day of the year. We welcome the sun’s return - it reminds us that with all darkness comes light. This increasing sunlight warms the earth and awakens life waiting to be reborn within her.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow.
