Join Susan Winchester of Sound Life Therapies with a sound journey to celebrate the Snow Moon full moon. This lunar moment illuminates our passions, creativity and confidence. The full moon energy allows us to overcome challenges, keeping our personal hearths blazing as the moon is in Leo. It is a time for self care and and brings unexpected blessings.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring a camping style mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional. Bring what inspires you to create a comfortable place for you to receive.
