Join Susan Winchester with a sound bath to celebrate April’s pink full moon. When we see the vibrant fragrant pink moss phlox, it is a time for change and growth. It is a time for letting go, and most importantly, loving others and yourself.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies.
