Join Susan Winchester of Sound Life Therapies with a sound bath to celebrate the earth festival of Beltane. Beltane honors the peak of the spring season and beginnings of summer, when when everything is lush and the earth is clothed in green. The vibrations are of the Heart Chakra.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies.
