Exponential Expansion: A Soma Breath Journey with Matthew Chavez
Saturday, May 20
5-7pm
$42
Through the breath, we can enter expanded states with ease. We can feel the oxygen supercharge every cell in the body. We can awaken dormant parts of the brain to access insights and clarity. We can connect with the energy of the higher self and experience our connection to all things. We can remember our innate ability to feel blissful and peaceful as we taste the divine.
As microcosms of the universe, our expansion is also exponential. This is a journey to remind you that feeling "exponential" and "supernatural" is actually natural and an innate part of our human experience.
Exponential Expansion is a "no experience required" journey. All levels of experience can tap into the expansion, as long as you are breathing!

Your Guide
Matthew is Soma Breath facilitator and a Somatic Awakening coach. He is inspired to share these life-changing processes with everyone. Since a young age, Matthew has had a deep curiosity and drive for exploring the inner space of the human body, mind & spirit. Experiencing a back injury at age 18, Matthew needed a long-term solution for managing and healing the chronic pain. Committed to a deeper healing process he discovered Soma Breath and Somatic healing/coaching. It was through these modalities he unearthed a sacred connection to breath & body (spirit & soma), what has become an essential relationship to nurture.
