CHRYSALIS: A Soma Breath Journey with Matthew Chavez
Saturday, June 24
6-8pm
$42
We all go through transitions over and over again in life. Although these transitions often feel quite difficult and sludgy, they can bring forth great transformation within us and our lives. Can we learn to embrace the transitional period in order to emerge into our next chapter gracefully yet powerfully?
The Chrysalis breath journey is here to support you in any transition that you may be going through right now, large or small, so that you can cultivate the courage and trust that you need to move through it. Through fully honoring where you are at, in this moment, you can welcome the beauty that lies in the transformation that awaits you.

Your Guide
As one of the Pacific Northwest’s only SOMA breath facilitators, Matthew Chavez is inspired to share the life-changing process with everyone. Matthew has always had a deep curiosity and drive for exploring the inner space of the human body/mind. Experiencing a traumatic back injury at age 18, Matthew needed a long-term solution for managing and healing the pain. Committed to a deeper healing process he discovered Soma Breath. It was through Soma Breath he unearthed a sacred connection to breath, what has become an essential relationship to nurture.
