Sound Life celebrates Samhain or All Souls night. This is the festival of remembrance--affirming rebirth and a time to drift, dream and journey into our inner wisdom.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies. Space is very limited.
