Please join Susan winchester for a sound bath honoring the Frost Moon - a time to pause, reflect, let go of the past and begin new projects and focus on family and our communities.
Susan offers sound meditations to help us take time to pause, reconnect, tune in and honor Mother Earth using the gifts of the buffalo drum, Grotto Sonora gong, Himalayan bowls, Chakra crystal bowls and chimes.
Please bring mat/cushion/yoga mats, blankets and a pillow. Eye cover optional.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and bodies. Space is very limited.
